How much does shipping cost?
United KIngdom: A flat shipping fee of £4.99 applies. Free shipping on orders over £49.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We only accept returns and offer refunds for items that arrive damaged in transit or have quality issues. If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us with photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
What if my ceramic item arrives damaged or imperfect?
If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that small black dots, tiny pinholes, and slight glaze variations are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These features are unavoidable and do not affect the safety or functionality of the item.
